eBook Lovers Co-Op

A blog focused on showcasing Indie authors and their work through articles, social networking, discussion, and sharing the indie love.

About Us

I’m an avid reader and aspiring author who decided to run a page devoted to indie authors and their ebooks. It started as a way to share the great stuff I found with friends, without flooding my usual facebook timeline, and has become one of the most rewarding projects I have ever begun. I have met so many outstanding indie authors, and been allowed to take part in helping these wonderful people launch their books, promote their talent, and realize their dream. What more could you ask for, other than publishing my own work?

When I’m not doing that, I’m a proud mom of 4 grown kids and a boatload of grandbabies, currently working as a bartender. Once my kids were grown on their own and my needs were much less, I decided I could afford to quit the rat race and focus on doing things with my life that I never had time for before. So, I changed lanes and became a bartender (I know, very odd lane change hahaha) so I could work fewer days a week and have more time for personal pursuits. I love what I do and very much enjoy that my job let’s me meet lots of people. On my days off, I work on the EBLCO page on facebook, on this blog (now), and on getting some reading and writing done.

I have to say, as a semi-retirement options goes, it’s not half bad. Now, if I could just figure out how to convince my ancient ass to not be so tired by the end of a mega-shift, I might just be tickled pink (LOL)

Nice-ta-meecha folks!

Gigi 🙂
